Today I found the masseuse I've been looking for all my life. I am not kidding you. I just had a massage with Alex because my back is in spasm. I have had these spasms for 40+ years. I can honestly tell you this was the best massage of my life. Alex understands my particular issues. She was not afraid to get in and work on me. Yes it is intense, but that is what my body needs. So many years of neglect on taking care of myself through massage. I actually left exhausted and broke down in tears because I feel like I have found the one person that truly gets me and my unique issue. I have made a promise to myself to take care of me and book at least monthly if not more massage visits with Alex I feel like she is helping me save my life. “I visited the spa twice so far now, I was looking for a local place that I did not have to travel far to get to and that could see me right away. My first experience was a confusing one as I had not been there before and I was not certain what their protocol was. I undressed, got on my table and proceeded to receive my deep tissue massage my therapist did not speak English the few times that I tried to speak with her,she had to call in somebody else to translate not the worst thing to happen but just noting it. I had a deep tissue massage and I will tell you this I've had many massages in the past and this is the first one where my body literally hurt for two days after my massage they are very strong! The second time I tried to indicate that I wanted a Swedish massage which again I had a hard time conveying to the staff. Their English is very limited unless you are pointing to the menu of services or have a Groupon that states exactly what you want. It will be hard to get your point across. Next time I may use my cell phone to translate. The salon itself is very clean. The staff is very friendly and the treatment rooms are small but adequate for what you need. My only issue is that they do not have doors on the massage rooms. They have curtains that are easily opened by anyone passing by. My first visit was an uneasy one, knowing that anybody can open the curtain, but that's just me. I will be back and I do recommend this place“

“Visited Glenise last Saturday for a TMJ massage. I have had a really great massage once out of town and I have been looking for that same care and services back home. I came to her with my jaw very tense, tight, and in a lot of pain! She massage my shoulders, neck and face for 30 mins with a hot compress. Her hands felt amazing. I woke up the next day feeling like my old self- pain free! I had so much energy, went to the gym, and ran errands! I had no jaw and shoulder pain- which usually stops me from doing my day to day. Glenise relieved my tension for the entire week! She even sent me home with at home holistic regimens -that works! I have already scheduled my next few visits with her.“
