“My man was kind enough to book a prenatal massage with Ruth for me. He said after doing some research and reading reviews she was the best choice, and BOY he did not lie! Before arriving I had already received a phone call from Ruth to introduce herself and to discuss problem areas I wanted to focus on. The spa itself was very cozy and welcoming. She even had a personalized welcome sign with my name on it 🙂‍↔ She then sat down eye level with me to walk me through what I should expect during my visit. Which if you ask me is excellent customer service especially as that is a key element that seems to be missing in healthcare today. Everybody is always in a rush, but not here. The massage itself was heavenly, she applied the right amount of pressure to my comfort level while still being mindful of baby. I had knots and kinks almost everywhere, she even found knots in my forearms lol! I left feeling lighter, less tense, and more relaxed. I will definitely be booking another appointment with her before baby gets here.“

I get regular Trigger Point injections with Jenna. She is working on a chronic condition that I have. She really cares about my well-being .. Every week Jenna wants to know updates any changes. She never skip a step. In addition; If you are looking for an acupuncturist, I can honestly say you have never met anyone like Brittany. She is the sweetest woman I probably have ever met. Just hearing her voice relaxes you before you even start your Acupuncture session. Looking for a whole body massage; Katie is fabulous. . Today I found the masseuse I've been looking for all my life. I am not kidding you. I just had a massage with Alex because my back is in spasm. I have had these spasms for 40+ years. I can honestly tell you this was the best massage of my life. Alex understands my particular issues. She was not afraid to get in and work on me. Yes it is intense, but that is what my body needs. So many years of neglect on taking care of myself through massage. I actually left exhausted and broke down in tears because I feel like I have found the one person that truly gets me and my unique issue. I have made a promise to myself to take care of me and book at least monthly if not more massage visits with Alex I feel like she is helping me save my life.
