“I went to the Smithtown location of Metro seeking treatment for Bell's Palsy. I worked with Allie for PT and Devin for acupuncture. Allie is very kind and patient, but more importantly, is very knowledgeable about my condition. She evaluated me and began treatment immediately, sending me home with exercises to do multiple times daily. I made rapid progress under her guidance. I also had some acupuncture treatments with Devin, who was also very kind. I'd never had acupuncture before so he patiently answered all of my questions and made sure I was always comfortable during treatments.
