I had an emergency when I couldn’t pick up my clothes on Saturday as scheduled, and of course, I had a wedding to attend on Sunday — but the store was closed. “High quality services, friendly attendants, comfortable and safe atmosphere.

For wash and fold, they go above and beyond, separating out heat-sensitive items, and drying those on lower heat so that they would not get damaged.

I have also had dozens of alterations done there, all performed with the highest attention to detail and finish. And they even re-did an item free of charge when I wasn't 100% satisfied, despite my trying to pay again (because it was a matter of personal preference; they actually did a great job the first time and the item fit perfectly. I simply preferred that the darts be in a different location on the garment).

Most importantly, the people working there are all very professional and behave appropriately, with kindness, enthusiasm and respect.“
