Very good experience once I was able to book my appt. Experienced issues trying to schedule online and then their phone lines were having technical issues. Once scheduled, it was easy and seamless. Very professional team and my MRI technician was warm and patient. Would recommend to anyone in Westchester for an MRI.
Super efficient and no wait time mid-afternoon. I subtracted 2 stars because the website and several texts I got said you can walk in for x-rays but, when we arrived, we were told we would have to be scheduled and were offered a slot over an hour later. Fortunately, another person at the desk offered to check if we could be accommodated then and it was possible so I added back a star for her customer service.
