The front desk clerk is terrible three weeks in a row I waited 3+ hours for an appointment. And I had to tell her how I really felt. She is INCOMPETENT every time I went there it was the same old song from other doctors offices/ whose patients needed to do their scans “she’s been calling them all day and now they have to reschedule because she couldn’t get in contacts with them” why she couldn’t get in contact you say ? I just called, and the LADY OF THE FRONT DESK WAS VERY RUDE! SHE HANG UP ME. I just tried to ask an information, she did not speak very well and later hang up!! Terrible attention!!!

Whatever your appointment time is add an extra two plus hours to it. The people who go there are beyond ghetto, the receptionist struggles to say a coherent sentence in English.Try to avoid this sketchy place at all costs, tell your doctor you rather go somewhere else. Yuck.Update: my second appointment and what a mistake. Had a 5pm appointment and it’s 7pm and I’m still waiting to be seen.This place is so unbelievably unprofessional, the clients that come here I swear all come from the same area as most can’t even speak English. It’s ghetto and just a total disaster. Avoid at all costs.
