I chose both cleaning and preservation. After cleaning, I inspected the dress before moving to preservation. Most of the dirt and dust was removed, there were however still a few twigs. Because of that, I’d recommend inspecting your dress after cleaning rather than going straight into preservation.

I had an emergency when I couldn’t pick up my clothes on Saturday as scheduled, and of course, I had a wedding to attend on Sunday — but the store was closed. Within minutes, he called us back and told us the owner would meet us at the store in 10–15 minutes.
