We were looking to purchase a house that had some dampness in the basement and a basement wall with a horizontal crack (which almost scared us off from the house because I know foundation repairs can be serious). Carlos was able to come to the house and give an estimate right after I called him. He was extremely knowledgeable and very honest about the level of repair needed - we felt much better after talking with him! After we purchased the home - Carlos and his team came to install a french drain & sump pump in the basement, and to also reinforce the foundation wall. Carlos is really easy to work with. He is knowledgeable, honest, and clearly communicates solutions to drainage issues. Estimates are detailed and fair. The team started and finished on schedule, working tirelessly to waterproof the perimeter of our sloped property. We were amazed at their speed and precision, all the while keeping the surrounding area neat. They are also kind. both to us and the many mature plants on the property.
