Carlos and his team were wonderful to work with! We were looking to purchase a house that had some dampness in the basement and a basement wall with a horizontal crack (which almost scared us off from the house because I know foundation repairs can be serious). Carlos was able to come to the house and give an estimate right after I called him. He was extremely knowledgeable and very honest about the level of repair needed - we felt much better after talking with him! After we purchased the home - Carlos and his team came to install a french drain & sump pump in the basement, and to also reinforce the foundation wall. It was a big job and they did excellent work. Pricing was very fair for all of the hard work done. Carlos also offered helpful advice along the way like other things to look out for & tips/tricks for DIY solutions to save some money. I 10/10 recommend The A Team waterproofing!
