After getting 3 bids to replace and update our HVAC system, we chose Affordable. As we fine tuned the bid, Allison in the office quickly responded in writing, revising the bid. Funny, we are still waiting for the other 2 firms to return our calls. Also, their bid was affordable. The staff, on the day confirmed, arrived on time, laid out floor coverings and immediately went to work removing the old system and installing the new to include installing a Honeywell Programmable Thermostat. And, upon completion, they swept clean the entire area. Now, after a few weeks, all is working well and we are extremely satisfied.
