We could text her anytime with questions and she always got back to us, even if she wasn't in the office. We had to wait longer than anticipated for the supplies to arrive, but it was worth the wait. “Our experience working with the staff from KTU—from the design consultant to the installers—was excellent. The design consultant worked to make sure the results matched our expectations. The cabinet refinishers (who I should call carpenters!) were professional and very detailed. The tile installer was a master at his profession and put the finishing touches on the project. The only issue we had involved the countertop installers, ranging from a wrong size to an unlevel top. However, these issues were immediately addressed by the project manager to our satisfaction. The bottom line is that we have the kitchen of our dreams, and we have the staff at KTU to thank for that."“
