At this point, I’ve used Grateful Ark for 5+ jobs at my house, from structural to functional to beautiful. Rat slab in basement, sump pump install, replaced rotted outdoor deck posts & beam, and more. He’s always worked with me every step of the process, assuring we’re achieving what I want. And he’s taken time to go above and beyond to discuss other future projects at my house. We are SO happy with the completed renovation of our upstairs children’s room! Ark did demolition down to the studs, insulation, sound proofing, drywall, skylight install, flooring install, and paint. So thorough, so clean, and such a fantastic final product. He even worked around our babies’ afternoon naps most days! We cannot recommend this company highly enough. Thank you, Grateful Ark Construction!
