Customer service is pushy and rude. They only carry higher-end brands at this location and will try to upsell you. I was looking for John Frieda hair products and had a negative experience with a staff member who told me that ULTA "does not sell drugstore products" and that "they're bad for you". I left the store without buying anything as the atmosphere felt unwelcoming.

I didn’t like the Costumer service. If you know what you need it’s ok! Go get what you want pay and leave, if is something else forget it!
