Insanely rude. You would think they are are on the brink of curing cancer. Mediocre staff in a fancy space that daddy bought for the owner. People that go there are convinced it's good because of the expense.

Good service but they do not honor the prices and discounts that they advertise. I left feeling a bit ripped off. I paid a lot of money for my single process and balayage but they refused to honor the discounts they advertised. I tipped on the full amount and abided by the rules of the Groupon. Never going back.

I went to check the place out and tried it out with a Groupon Ken was my colorist he was great very professional and knowledgeable however I asked him about getting bangs just a couple of strands to try it out and he told me the owner wanted $25 to snip a couple of strands can you believe it I got done for $5 down the road ?? I guess I won't be going back to Lauren Lavelle
