“Last year, Dr. Pagano was kind enough to see my elderly aunt as a walk-in, without an appointment, when she lost her glasses. I was visiting from out of town and leaving the next day. It was going to be difficult for her to get in for an exam and get her glasses replaced on her own without transportation. Dr. Pagano did an exam, filled the prescription, and had the glasses ready and delivered to the skilled nursing community where she resides within a few days. His kindness and flexibility in handling this unusual situation was unexpected and much appreciated! She got her glasses and has enjoyed reading and doing puzzles ever since!“
