Overall great experience. Very responsive with quote and arrived to do the driveway earlier in the month than stated which was nice. Straightforward bill with no hidden extras. Nice to watch them tear up my driveway and replace it. It's been 6 months and I'm still in awe of the great job.

Owner of company constantly mis manages time and resources and when things backfire owner blames on other people instead of taking responsibility himself owner also has poor maintenance of equipment therefore resulting in numerous breakdowns on jobs I would not recommend this company in any way would be a poor decision on your part if you decide to hire them or contract them to do anything there is no accountability coming right from the top upper management constantly wants to pass the buck on to other people that had nothing to do with the outcome of what went wrong not a very well-managed company at all not at

I haven't had services performed by this company. They should honestly be in jail for reckless endangerment of children so I can say that I would never even consult with them. I had the misfortune of getting behind one of their vehicles on the road. They were cut off by another car which was unfortunate but instead of having a grown-up adult response they chose to drive incredibly recklessly in a ridiculous and child like attempt at retaliation. They were so reckless that they actually almost careened into a sidewalk full of students outside of niskayuna high School because they were trying to speed past the car that cut them off on a double solid line. I hope that they are put in jail before they can kill someone's child over complete nonsense.

Their vehicle w/ the license plate KJJ 1744 was cut off by a car & out of a clear road rage they decided that they wanted to pass them on a double solid and almost crash into a sidewalk full of kids.

Worst business to ever work for let alone have work done by.I recently quit working here because the days were 12 hours monday-friday and it didn’t work with mine and my wife’s schedule. After leaving I had called the owners to get my paycheck and they had told me to “stop calling their company”. Still to this day I have no paycheck for the 20 hours I worked the week prior. Not only did the employers send me nasty messages, they are also threatening me and my family. We are now in with a lawyer to hopefully stop this from happening to other employees.

They show up at 6am banging tools yelling and screaming waking up everyone (I live nextdoor to person using this company) and when told how rude and obnoxious they are being they get mouthy! I would never use this business if you paid me not to mention they say they are not open until 7am so they shouldn't even be here at 6am in the first place no wonder these a** h**** only have a 3 star rating

Screwed up an almost 12k slab, form wasnt reinforced enough and slumped the entire slab, they continued denying that there was any issue, water floods the building when it rains, had to spend nearly 7k for an extra slab in front of the shop with drainage, extra stone and grading that was not part of the plan. I wanted partial refund in order to make it right as beat as I could, they refused. Slab is so unlevel inside that I can't take the loader off my tractor properly and my vehicle lift had to have 1.5 inches of shimming added to make it level, paid for 6 inch slab, most of the slab is less than this, especially where my lift is. Very rude, discourteous and unprofessional.Service: Concrete sidewalk building

The owner or phone number that I called on the truck , which cut right in front of me without stopping I almost hit. I called the number to let them know to ask the driver of the truck to drive more safely or stop and look, and he pretty much thought it was a big joke when I called. He says what do you want me to do. If this company is like this, I wouldn’t want to hire them, if they think everything is a joke. My opinion.

East coast installed new siding on my home 3 years ago. They did an amazing job. The crew was punctual, professional and very clean. The pricing was very good too. No surprise cost and no hidden fees. Very straight forward and completed everything they promised and then some. I could not of been happier with the finished project. In the last wind storm we had a piece of siding came off from the top eve from a flying object. I called them up and they had someone out immediately to look at the damage. They were back in two days to replace the siding and fix damage to a corner in the driveway that was hit and cracked by a vehicle. They charged me $175 to pull all the siding off and replace the corner and no charge for the siding that came off the top eve. I would highly recommend east coast construction. They are amazing and completely transformed my home and were there for me 3 years later to fix a minor problem.
