He saved my furnace. Everyone said I needed a new one. He found a loose screw in the blower. He fixed it and saved my furnace. That was about 5 years ago. He’s one of the few true service guys.
Bill & Kelly are the nicest, most honest people you could meet! When I moved into a new home in 2019, the flue on top of the house was jammed up with snow, shutting the furnace off and bursting the pipes! Bill came over immediately and had everything up and running (including climbing on the roof to unstick the flue) in no time; along with insulating the pipes so it wouldn't happen again! There have been other times I've called him and if I can't catch him, I just call the office and Kelly will track him down and he gets back to me immediately. Woke up 3am this morning to the smell of burning electronics, couldn't find the source anywhere, then noticed the central heat wasn't working. Called about 7 companies that advertise 24x7 emergency service. Most didn't answer, one told me they could send someone tomorrow, the other took about 6 hrs to call back.
In the meantime I called Country Comfort and the phone was answered immediately. I explained the situation and was given a timeframe for Bill to come check our system. Bill had the root cause in about fifteen minutes, and was able to repair the system (as opposed to replacing parts). Total time from calling to having heat was less than 4 hours!
