I was concerned about giving him a 50% deposit because I’ve had issues in the past with dishonest contractors but he assured me there would be no issues with him.
A few days after I had remitted payment, I realized that there was a pricing error in my invoice. I contacted Greg, and he immediately responded to my inquiry and assured me that he would take care of it.
Within a few hours later, Greg delivered to me a bank check for the erroneous dollar amount.

“Add an issue with the manufacturer of a special order door and Jasco was right on top of it taking it back shipping it out and getting it in in a timely fashion. They’re the best.“

“I contracted to have two exterior doors replaced and a storm door installed. Tim came out immediately. He was so pleasant and gave me a quote, that was better than the other companies and he gave me a veterans discount! Tim's son picked up the doors and materials I had ordered from Lowes and brought them to the house with great care. Mark, who came out to do the work did a wonderful job on the doors! One door was more complicated than the other to install because of how the kitchen cabinets were built too close to them, the rotted wood underneath, and the steel beam above the door, but Mark managed to get the new door in without damaging the stucco, the kitchen, or the new door. The job took roughly 2 day to complete. Even the neighbors called to tell me how beautiful the doors looked.

The only con I would note was the clean-up afterwards and door disposal. I had to pretty much take care of that, but sanitation came and picked it all up.

Because of the experience I had, I've decided to hire them again to replace three windows in my basement.“

“We chose Ross Windows after receiving quotes from several companies. As mentioned in prior reviews, the company's owner himself did the initial inspection and measuring work. He was professional, knowledgeable, and willing to spend time discussing various options that would help reduce street noise in a ground floor apartment and provide good insulation against outdoor temperatures without looking institutional. He was very patient with the time it took for the building's co-op board to approve the proposed work (I wanted a minor design change, and there was a lot of email correspondence and numerous changes of plan before the design I was asking for was cleared for installation - one narrow picture window was to be replaced with a double-hung window for better ventilation. It took FOUR MONTHS.) At last, the day finally came when the windows were to be installed. My son, who lives in the apartment, was delighted with the work, the quality of the new windows, the clean and professional job the installers did, and the wonderful light and air flow in the unit that he now enjoys. There was just one problem - due to the abundant and confusing amount of backing and forthing that had gone on over the design change, the picture window had been replaced with another picture window and not the double-hung for which we had contracted after finally winning approval after four solid months of wrangling with the management company and co-op board! We were exhausted by the whole process by then and were tempted to throw in the towel and stick with what we had, but I had done so much work to get the approval for that double-hung window that I decided to make the call to Ross Window and apologetically point out that a mistake had been made. They couldn't have been more gracious. They apologized profusely for the error, put in a rush order for a new double-hung window, and two weeks later came back to install it without a murmur of protest or any suggestion or attempt to charge us more. This is a company that does excellent work, takes pride in fulfilling its obligations, and demonstrates complete integrity. I am very happy we chose Ross Windows!“
