David and the Simply Built team did an amazing job transforming our dated, poorly designed 50s era kitchen into a beautiful, modernized and functional space. David has a keen eye and understands current and classic design trends. He listened to what we were trying to achieve and was excellent at helping to improve and (as important) edit to make our vision a reality. Though small, our gut renovation was somewhat complex and involved cutting through what formerly was a block exterior wall to improve the flow of the room. I recently had 2 bathrooms remodeled by Simply Built and the result was great and we are very happy with it. David was involved and communicated with us throughout the process and his crew did a fantastic job and cleaned up daily. I highly recommend Simply Built for any remodeling job. I plan on having my kitchen remodel in the near future with them as well,

David and his crew of Edgar and Juan did a great job on our 1950’s finished basement refresh. They met our expectations and more to create a space that looks like a brand new home - new vinyl floor, new radiator covers, new wallboard ceiling with crown molding and new LED lights. Painted top to bottom. New laundry area and doors and locks. High quality work. They worked clean each day and met all expectations.
