We recently used Teoria to renovate our floor-through brownstone apartment in Park Slope. Bahar and the whole team were fantastic. They did a ton of custom work like bespoke kitchen cabinets and a unique loft staircase with hidden closets inside, and everything came in impeccable and on-budget. They even stretched and threw in an extra or two, and worked very well with two artisan friends that we had handle a few distinct projects (even fixing one friend's bad mistake on a wooden countertop). Teoria came highly recommended and now I wish to do the same for anyone on the fence. We met with many other general contractors before our full kitchen remodel. Rudy had a vision, guided us through the process, and gave us honest, upfront pricing. Teoria just had the feel of the major leagues, so we went with them and were proved correct. Where others saw what was easiest to do, Rudy took the time to incorporate what we actually wanted, the functionality of everything, and the amount of natural light and open space involved.
