“I'm not usually one to leave a review, but I felt compelled to after my experience at Kate Emilie's Salon. I was attended to by Kate, the owner, who was just so kind and gentle with me. She understood my concerns and hesitations going to a new salon as someone with curly hair. Kate answered all my questions and walked me through the process of cutting my hair. Communication was very easy and focused on the health of my hair and what my end goal was. The hour flew by and the end result? Amazing! I got long layers with face framing pieces and I could not have been happier. Even with the intense humidity, the curly cut still looks great! I am so happy to have found Kate's salon. I will be coming again for all my future hair endeavors.“

“First off I want to say that the pedicure here was fantastic, I then got the gel polish manicure (which I wouldn't recommend because it made my nails all brittle) but it still looked amazing and lasted, definitely stick to SNS if you don't want fake nails which they offer here and have an awesome color selection! Otherwise the place is clean!“

“Very good! I always leave satisfied and I have consistently left with a good manicure/pedicure. They do a great job on eyebrows. They aren't ever really that busy, and none of the services I have ever received have been rushed. I will say, I have gotten a gel manicure that was a total fail. I got it, then 4 days later the polish on nail chipped! Gel manicure is supposed to last like 2 weeks or more, so I don't know what went on there. I went back and asked them to fix it and explained I had just gotten it done 4 days ago, they fixed the nail with no charge. Which is obviously expected because it's a gel. Kind of a mishap. I don't get gel there because of that experience, sadly. But I really love this place and I'd actually put it higher up than one of its competitors, gorgeous nails in Bedford Hills! Definitely stop by when you get the chance!!“

I feel like I’m in an assembly line and I’m not usually happy with the result, BUT I have to say that Jina’s nail salon really surprised me.Not just my nail tech, Chris, but the woman that did my mom’s pedicure and all the other women that work there. Even though they don’t speak much English, their personalities shined through. They were kind and caring and helpful, and they really go the extra mile to create a great experience and not just get a service and go. It was non-stop service from start to finish and even unnecessary finishing touches weren’t overlooked. I wasn’t sure of what nails I wanted for my wedding (I wanted it to just be natural looking) and was recommended to get extensions and an ombre French. Two weeks later they are still going strong despite my best efforts hiking and rock scrambling. Thank you for giving me my dream wedding nails!“

“The manicures/pedicures are great. The only complaint I have is scheduling an appointment. If you walk in, they almost always take you. If you call to make an appointment, they hem and haw about coming earlier and it’s often an issue for them to give you the time you want. They told me today that my preferred time wasn’t available, so I rushed from work to sit and watch an empty salon. So strange.“
