Immaculately clean. Even before the pandemic, Alice managed her salon impeccably and focuses on her clientele with attention to detail, comfort, and luxuriousness. I've been mani/pedi'd; waxed, and eyebrow dyed. Always perfectly done. LOVE this salon.

I just moved to Mount Kisco and this was my first visit to Metro Nails. There was only one technician there and he was doing a pedi for another client so I waited. The owner was on the phone, very loudly, trying to arrange a personal appt for herself with someone for something. It was not related to nails. While she was on the phone, she came to me, still talking loudly on the phone, and said she would start my pedi while I waited for the pedi person to finish with his client. She was clearly distracted with her conversation which continued for the few minutes that she worked on my feet. Thankfully, the pedi person finished with his client and came over to me.
