They had plenty of gel colors so it was super easy to match colors and the tip they put on matched my set seamlessly. “The food. Decisions decisions, veal osso bucolic, veal chop cut and stuffed or sea bass with cherry peppers and capers. I new the veal would be great but I couldn't get over the preparation of the bass. I live on the road and eat at very nice restaurants and this is one of them for sure. I was impressed. It has been years since I have experienced a dish as delicious as this. I sat alone at the bar. Nice quiet setting. Server was attentive and the house cab was Josh.
