I went in to the vision center in Scotia and Steve said to give a call to Felipe and see how to go about a replacement pair of glasses.I was leaving for Texas at the end of the week. He was optimistic by thinking they could possibly get them by Friday or Monday.He called me two days later and said all ready. Picked them up today and all was great. Excellent customer service.Thanks Steve and Felipe.

I just had the best experience today at the Walmart on Dutch Meadows Lane in Glenville. Felipe Cruz was kind, patient, helpful and so friendly. He answered all of my questions. He addressed every single concern that I had. He even went out into the store area to help me locate the right drops I needed for my eyes. He is the very definition of flawless customer service. As I was leaving, another customer was raving about him, too. It's very rare to work with someone who will give that extra TLC. Somebody needs to give that guy a raise and hold onto him.

I finally have enough insurance to pay for my glasses last year I couldn’t get any. I had a good intake with Amanda and Felipe Cruz. Now glasses come hopefully I’ll be as happy as today ordering them.
