The whole experience with this company was first class. Sue the dispatcher kept us informed as to the tech’s arrival to Brandon who fixed our furnace and cleaned our dryer vent. Brandon was professional, personable, and most importantly knowledgeable and competent. Happy to be working with them after our old service provider closed. Highly recommended.
Jeff came ASAP, identified the issue, explained the cost and what would be needed, and fixed it all up very quickly. Most important, he was kind and validating, and took care of a lot of the guilt I was feeling for the issue.
It was quite expensive, but now that I know what to do and how easy the fix is, I think the price was justified for this learning experience.
Jared was very knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions for which plumbing to use and what exactly needed to be done. Also with the furnaces also explained what he was going to be doing with both the plumbing and furnaces and suggested the best options.
