Emily Welsh was an amazing help to me! I was seeking help in my daily struggles. I couldn't have asked for a better support. I'm visiting her again soon, and I'm excited to put her advice into the works. Also the therapy dog there was super cute!

I am very confused by the review that said that True North does not offer a Transgender support group even though they advertise that they do. Yes, they DO indeed offer this group, I know someone who has participated in it. I also have done a make up class for the group and will be doing another this spring. Dr Deb runs that group, the mindfulness group I believe they are referring to is the meditation group that meets every Wednesday I believe, Dr Deb runs that as well.

I am so glad I stumbled across this little place. It's easy to drive right by it on busy Glen Street and never notice it! They offer so many different wellness & therapeutic services, many of which seem to be pretty unique to the Glens Falls area. I have tried out the meditation class as well as the massage services here, and both left me walking away feeling great! Kay is a talented LMT who focused in on custom needs, and gave quality service. The meditation class I attended was perfect for a first-timer like me, and wonderfully done. I will definitely be coming back here and am looking forward to checking out what else they offer.
