“Today I had my very first professional massage. Entering the space, I immediately felt at ease (I was a little anxious about the appointment). Crystal already knew this through my intake form. She was welcoming and understanding about this. She asked some questions, I answered, and then I prepared for my first full body deep tissue massage. It was wonderful. She knew exactly what areas needed extra attention and ending the session was not at all uncomfortable (I was uncertain how that would go). I asked some questions at the end of the session and she answered them completely. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Crystal for your massage needs. I'll definitely be going back to her.“

Super friendly, super personable and very effective! I've struggled with lower back pain and neck pain since my younger years. After my trip to Back In Balance, the pain has subsided! He took the time to diagnose so he could treat properly and that for me is huge! Too many doctors these days attempt to "treat" ailments without proper diagnosis and that can create far more complicated issues for the patient. “I got this massage as an out of towner, over the Christmas break. I have had many massages before, mostly by a female masseuse, and to be honest, was nervous to have a male masseuse; however, Bryan was so professional and skilled at his craft that I would highly recommend! In addition to getting a phenomenal massage, he was very interesting to talk to. Bryan was very friendly, compassionate, and responded well to in-the-moment feedback. A true gem of a professional in the Glens Falls area! Highly recommend.“
