Mindful Massage

Today I had my very first professional massage. Entering the space, I immediately felt at ease (I was a little anxious about the appointment). Crystal already knew this through my intake form. She was welcoming and understanding about this. She asked some questions, I answered, and then I prepared for my first full body deep tissue massage. It was wonderful. She knew exactly what areas needed extra attention and ending the session was not at all uncomfortable (I was uncertain how that would go). I went to Crystal for my first massage- from the moment I walked in I felt at ease. She keeps the room warm and the ambience is so relaxing. She answered all my questions and communicated with me when I expressed concern. She was so welcome, and was able to find the root of my pain within minutes of starting the massage. I live with chronic pain in my hips and shoulder and she was able to relieve me of it and I am so grateful. Will be booking regular appointments her- I am so happy I found her!

I just had my first appointment with Crystal. It was exactly what I needed. I am a very active individual and I had a specific area that needed some attention. Crystal took time to listen to me, asked questions to clarify and gave suggestions for the session.The room was warm and inviting. She took time to make sure things were just right, which I appreciated.Crystal was very professional but also friendly. I felt very comfortable and was very happy with my experience here today. I will most certainly be back!!
