Went today mid day. Snowy weather so not too busy. There were two other customers and two people working so they took me as quickly as possible. I asked the guy who was doing my nails if he was having a bad day because he was so abrupt and miserable. Maybe they think you don’t want to “chat” but there is a happy medium. He just jerked my hands around-so weird. I don’t get a lot of manicures so I guess I may not be familiar with how things work but did not enjoy this experience. The end result was fine, but won’t go back unless I’m desperate. Should it have tipped him but always feel bad if I don’t.

I've been going to VIP Nails for the past few years and can't say enough about this nail salon. Sam, Jeanette, and Kelly have all done my ANC and do such good work! I love that they have relaxing music and HGTV on to watch. ?Services: Dip powder

I’ve come here quite a few times & gotten great service in the past. This visit was a bit different. The man who was doing my pedicure stepped away for phone calls 3x. It was a bit annoying to have the service interrupted so many times. I’m assuming that he is the one that handles the front desk because no other staff member walked away from their client when the phone rang. I mentioned that I prefer he focus on my feet & not touch my legs aka there’s no need to lotion, oil or massage my legs-feet only. He nodded in agreement but went ahead to do so anyway.
