Black Bear Fuel Oil, Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning
“I just want to express how great Blackbeard is as a company and how exceptional their customer service is. Jeff is great to deal with in person and on the phone very respectful and explains exactly what’s going to be done and breaks down the cost. He has no problem taking the time out of his day if you have any issues or concerns to address them for you. Benny! Benny is a great technician. The best I’ve had to service any issues I’ve ever experienced. Extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Always leaves me reassured of the there’s any issues I’m able to get in contact with him quickly and he’ll always be quick to return and figure out what exactly needs to be corrected. Thank you everyone at black bear”
Pete's Pumps
“Pete’s Pump did an outstanding job fixing my well pump and installing a new trench. From start to finish, Pete clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything in a way that made sense, and got right to work.
The new trench was done cleanly and professionally, and everything was secured properly with great attention to detail. You can tell he takes pride in his work and doesn’t cut corners. The system is now running perfectly, and I have complete confidence in the quality of the repair.
If you’re looking for someone reliable, skilled, and efficient, I highly recommend Pete’s Pump. It’s not easy to find someone this knowledgeable and trustworthy these days—definitely a 5-star experience.”
