“I just want to express how great Blackbeard is as a company and how exceptional their customer service is. Jeff is great to deal with in person and on the phone very respectful and explains exactly what’s going to be done and breaks down the cost. He has no problem taking the time out of his day if you have any issues or concerns to address them for you. Benny! Benny is a great technician. The best I’ve had to service any issues I’ve ever experienced. Extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Always leaves me reassured of the there’s any issues I’m able to get in contact with him quickly and he’ll always be quick to return and figure out what exactly needs to be corrected.
