Excellent customer service. This company , specifically Eddie, the owner, is a compassionate man, cares about his customers and does the best he can to provide service to the best of his ability. He recently helped me out when I had no heat in this frigid weather, and it was after regular hours. He is honest and fairly priced. I really can’t say enough. I highly recommend him for boiler service, air conditioning and related services! Thank you to Eddie and his Staff.
Have to say that Ed Porter and his crew have earned a 10 star review with the Hernandez Family 2 weeks ago my sister in law was without heat and she contacted them and that same day they came and figured out the problem and had the furnace up and running, a week later my furnace went down and we contacted him and he came again on the same day and got our furnace running . Not only that but he was able to get my furnace running so quiet and so efficient that I can’t en tell when it’s on . Better than it’s been in 12 years . I have used their service twice and I can't recommend them enough !! I'm very picky due to past issues with contractors but I have to say Ed and team are knowledgeable, friendly, reliable, prompt , had no issues answering all my questions and their prices are fair with none of that trying to nickel and dime you to death like some do..If you need a plumber, these are your guys !!
