Highly unprofessional company. While servicing a nearby property, their crew discharged pool water directly into my backyard instead of draining it properly into a drywell.
When I asked them to stop, a crew member became aggressively hostile, shouting profanity at me and making threats of physical violence - all in front of my toddler. This company lacks basic professionalism and safety standards. Homeowners beware.

Jennifer, and her very knowledgeable and patient staff, came through for me this past fall. They found the part for my heater in such a stress free manner that I decided to use them to change my liner as well. They truly are a professional pool company that work to alleviate your problems so that you can enjoy what’s important- swimming in your pool!
They answer emails at all hours and even work on Saturdays! Can you imagine a pool company that doesn’t work on Saturdays during their high season? Well they are out there. I was a prisoner to such a pool company for many years. I am so looking forward to working with Gold Coast this upcoming seasons and for many seasons to come! ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️

I would highly recommend Gold Coast. I had a leak in our pool for over 5 years. We replaced the liner and stairs but leak was still there. We contacted Gold Coast who was able to find the leak in the pipes leading to the skimmer. They replaced the pipes and it solved the problem. They had their masons available to replace the bricks surrounding the pool and you would never know any work was ever done. Their crew was excellent. Very professional. I would definitely use them again!

Do not use this company. The owner Jen is extremely unprofessional and rude. Their prices constantly change and their prices are extremely shady! They charge for service calls without giving a heads up on what the price will be. Do not use them!
