I ordered mirrors for my living room wall. It was 4 separate panels to cover the wall. The value of the mirrors was great. Everything else has been way more difficult than it needed to be. I would probably have been open to pay more if I could have had my job done by professionals. I will not be ordering from Eqwipt again, 1. Took about a month before they let me know when my order will be ready for installation. 2. I have a box for wifi that protrudes off the wall to be mirrored. I pointed it out when they came to measure/ I mentioned it again via email when they sent me the plans for approval (they were missing on the original plan). When they came to install - the last panel wasn't cut to include this box so they couldn't finish the job. 3. Their guys pulled this wifi box - which cut my service and I had to call the internet company to fix it after they left. 4. When I had to reschedule a slot for them to complete their job - there was no prioritization of timing for my inconvenience. 5. Before they came back for the last install - I called to make sure they would prepared with the tools they need make necessary adjustments. When they showed up - they were not prepared. 6. Because they weren't prepared - they had to push and squeeze cords out the way and cracked the corner of the mirror. This was solved by added a metal trim to hide the crack that I have to continually press down because the adhesive job on the trim was shotty. 7. They had to remove one of my outlets for the install - but put tape across the outlet behind the plate so I can't plug any outlets in. When I notified them of my issues - the was no apology/ discount on my order. They gave me a 2 year warranty on my mirror just incase the crack grows.

Went to the shop late Thursday morning to purchase a frameless shower door. An hour later my shower was measured and by the next Wednesday the door was installed. Where can you get a custom shower door that fast.? The two installers knew exactly what they were doing, they were courteous and neat. I could not ask for better experience. I would definitely recommend them. Job well done!!!!!!!
