“First I would like to start by saying this is the best laundry service I have ever used. I have been living in Buffalo for last 2 years and I use to always use laundry service back home in NYC. I found this business on Facebook randomly checking out a person profile and they shared a post from the business. Went on to website which is absolutely so user friendly and they had next day pick up even. I got a confirmation call from them and they were here next morning on time. She texted me the owner Latasha I went outside because I was home and met her. We chatted for like 30’minutes because I don’t know how to stop talking. She was so kind and sweet just simply a nice good hearted person. I explained how I loved do laundry but I been so busy as single mom. She totally understood. I got a text from her stating when she be dropping off and clothes came back smelling amazing folded perfectly. I got an invoice sent to my email and they have so many options for payment ..she even accepts Afterpay payments!! I then accidentally overpaid her when trying to tip. She called me right away and was going refund me and I told her to keep it for next service she like no no I can refund it but I was so amazed and shocked by her kindness, professionalism and her over genuine personality that I knew I was going be using her service on a weekly if not bi weekly basis!!! Anyone looking for help getting caught up or just simply no access to laundry machines or just hates doing laundry make sure you reach out to L.A.S.T!! You will not be disappointed… I love to support small businesses and especially black owned family businesses. Keep up the amazing work Latasha your business is amazing thank you again!!!“
“Do not believe what they say on their website about next day service. i arrived today at 1100am and was told them could not clean and press one suit and one shirt. i was given a last second speaking engagement on saturday and said i didnt need it until 2p and was told that their production team leave at noon. I told her is there anything you can do and she was extremely dismissive. she maybe if i got there earlier...not helpful at all disappointing.... as i use to always use them. call prior to going to avoid wasting your time“

“10 Stars if I could !! The Owner is the most down to earth person I have seen in Decades !! The Dryers are Fantastic!! Really cool too they have a pinball machine and snacks. I used to go to the laundromat in Kaisertown well No more this is the place to do laundry, tell your friends and family I actually had fun doing laundry.“

“Super nice and helpful employees. Very clean and bright. Plenty of machines to go around. Utility sink available. Prices are very reasonable and my favorite part? You can use your debit or credit card. Coins are also an option but no need for an app or laundry card like so many places. Also, open 24 hours, 7 days a week.Restrooms are available for customers and parking is available.TVs are turned on and a game room is available for the kids. Plenty of tables and chairs.The only downside? They need more of the JUMBO-size washers and dryers. Only 4 JUMBO washers and 3 JUMBO dryers and 1 of those was down. Had people hovering and waiting to use these machines...which in turn made me feel rushed.“

“Very friendly owner. Always clean and I don't have to worry about my clothes being tampered with if I need to run to the store while my clothes are drying. Which is why I will drive 30minutes to this location with no hesitation.“
“I dropped off a shirt for dry cleaning to remove stains and they did a great job. I was a bit surprised that they didn't want to mark the stains that I pointed out similar to other dry cleaners instead stating that they would inspect and mark the stains later. I was a bit uncomfortable with the response but left the garment and they did a great job.“
