I have been going to this practice for 15 years. Myself, my son who has autism and my spouse all absolutely love it here. Geneseo is a small town and these are our neighbors and friends who work here . They are all like family and don't rush you. Being able to talk about delicate problems is not a problem here. They can usually get you in fast if it's something painful or have excellent plans if not. The other reviews are way off.
This office has some pretty great staff. They're welcoming, polite, and listen to their patients. If you want a doctor, their receptionist, and their nurses to care for you without any kind of judgment or noses pursed in the air this is the place for you.
We have been going to Tri County for more than 20 years and with the exception of one provider (who has left the area), we have loved them all. Very caring, efficient people. The office staff is great also.
