Frankie is the absolute best there is. Besides being remarkably intelligent and personable, he is very funny and knowledgeable about anything computer related. When my ancient laptop finally broke and would not turn on, I called and he immediately fit me in. He ran diagnostics on my laptop to figure out the issue, found me a new laptop, and salvaged all my old information that was not even fully backed up. He transferred everything onto the new laptop for me within 24 hours, which was so appreciated since I had a time crunch and needed my laptop for medical school. I appreciate this business and Frankie so much. I recommend them to anyone and everyone; they’re the best!!!!

I've finally found someone who knows how to cut my hair the way I like it. Randilynn is great at what she does and is very friendly. She's also very patient. I went in today with my 8 month old daughter, who normally sits quietly in her stroller while I get my haircut. Today, however, she needed to be sitting in my lap. Randilynn was totally fine with it and gave me a great haircut even though my daughter was bouncing around the whole time.

Awesome cuts and such a down to earth guy. It's great chatting with him. Brandon has a great attention to detail. I have never had a bad cut from him. I always get the haircut/beard cut with a hot lather shave. So relaxing!

Kim was wonderful and did a great job on my French tip acrylic set. She took her time and did them exactly like I wanted. She didn’t talk much but that’s ok. I’m one of those weird people who don’t like a whole lot of chit chat while I’m getting my nails done.

I went recently to get a stacked nostril piercing and also ended up getting a tattoo of a simple kitty design from their sample wall. They’re VERY clean here, and they’re very kind and sweet people! I got light headed after my second piercing was done, and June took very good care of me and was very attentive to my body language. My tattoo artist Nikki was sweet, and very funny. We chit chatted the whole time, which was amazing as sometimes first tattoos with a new artist can be a bit awkward. All in all, absolutely adore this place and will be returning.
My grandmother & I enjoyed my birthday here getting pampered. My grandmother got a pedi and I got the mani and I am so happy with my nails. They turned out beautifully. I absolutely love them. We live in Mt. Morris and have tried MANY barber shops in the area for my 10 year old sons haircut. We have always been disappointed by those shops unfortunately. I am SO glad we gave this Great Clips a try. The girls here are so incredibly friendly, kind, professional and wonderful with kids. They engage and talk with my son the entire time and make him feel so comfortable. We get a simple faded cut, and it looks sooo good every time. They honestly do a better job in half the time than any barber shop in the area. It’s only $20 and the online check in system is an absolute game changer. No more waiting 2 hours in line at the barber shop and never knowing the wait until you show up. Here, you check in online and show up when it’s your turn and walk right in. I truly cannot say enough good things about this shop. We love the convenience, the incredible staff, and the quality haircuts. Would give more than 5 stars if I could. :)
