I’ve never seen a nail salon so passive-aggressively “down-sell” their services when most aim to do the exact opposite.

Dedicated callus remover? Not an option. Want to add on an extra 10 or 15 minute foot massage? They acted like I offended them for asking and flatly refused (though it’s probably just as well—the tech I had barely grazed my legs and feet with the included and rushed 2 minute massage).

If you need the most basic, no-frills mani/pedi this place will get the job done fine, but reel in your expectations for much beyond that.

Walked in for a basic manicure. I know for $20 I shouldn’t expect much but come on. Nails were filed with a very coarse file, and just left messy, bubbles in the polish. Cuticle work just not great. I was told it’s not gel, yes I am aware of that but the knick and the bubbles are not acceptable and there was no offer to fix them, we just filed the roughest nail and called it a day. I guess I was better off doing them myself. Tech was nice, didn’t say much and went very fast. Just wished for a better outcome, as a paying customer who tipped fair. Cheap service or not, quality should matter.

I always have a good experience here. The women are all smiles and so very helpful. I brought 2 friends with me. Yes. All men. Except one man has never had a pedicure. He said. I'll be back! Lol
