Their battery products are well priced. Their service is better then other vendors of battery products. The shipping is fast and accurate as is the billing. Their technical support is the best I’ve had for this type of product. James is very good at helping you with technical problems.

Great experience. Got the UPS I need for ~20% of the price of a new one. With new batteries. Every single accessory was included, from the rails and screws to the thermometer probe and smart card. The staff is super helpful and thorough. There's literally NO evidence this unit was a refurb - Not a scratch on it and it was so well packed I would have thought it came right from APC.

A few months ago I needed to replace a battery in my UPS. I bought one on Amazon but it arrived completely dead. Given that I couldn't use my server until I got my UPS back up and running I called RefurbUPS as I knew that they are local to me. They were really responsive and helped me get a new APC battery within a few hours that I was able to pick up from their warehouse as they are a local Rockland County business. More recently when my second UPS unit had a relay fail I reached out to Peter via email on a Saturday.
