Bantel HVAC is a professional and courteous company that provides knowledgeable service. They are very busy, yet they sent someone within 2 hours to find a leak in the ceiling and fixed it immediately. The team is professional, courteous, and respectful, with clear and precise communication. They do a fantastic job and ensure everything is cleaned before they leave. The techs are friendly and knowledgeable, keeping customers updated through the entire diagnostic process. The owner is friendly, on time, and explains everything in plain English. He is very knowledgeable about high-efficiency condensing boilers and combi units, understanding the programming, sensors, and control logic. He gave a few different options, explained the pros and cons, and didn’t push the most expensive choice. Pricing was fair, and he was clean and respectful. They are thorough with examining systems and fixed a problem that no one else was able to solve. Highly recommend.
Although they were very busy they sent someone to my house within 2 hours to find a leak in the ceiling. Fixed it immediately. Very professional and courteous, so glad I found them!
I had a great experience with this company. Mr. Bantel, the owner, came out himself, and you can tell right away he really knows what he’s doing. He was friendly, on time, and explained everything in plain English so I actually understood what was going on.
What really stood out was his knowledge of high‑efficiency condensing boilers and combi units. These systems are not something your average plumber or everyday HVAC tech can just guess their way through. There’s programming, sensors, and control logic involved, and if someone doesn’t understand that, they can easily make things worse. Mr. Bantel clearly understands these systems inside and out.
