The techs are friendly and knowledgeable, keeping customers updated through the entire diagnostic process. The owner is friendly, on time, and explains everything in plain English. He is very knowledgeable about high-efficiency condensing boilers and combi units, understanding the programming, sensors, and control logic. He gave a few different options, explained the pros and cons, and didn’t push the most expensive choice. Pricing was fair, and he was clean and respectful. They are thorough with examining systems and fixed a problem that no one else was able to solve. Highly recommend.
