Someone took a shit in the men's showers this morning 10/16/24. A female custodian w/o any PPE or help was tasked with taking care of it. This deterioration of this facility under LA Fitness Continues.

I joined two years ago and till this day their AC isn’t working. It’s always humid in there. The receptionist (she looks mixed ) at the front desk in the afternoon is the only true bright spot here.. It’s not as bad as people make it out to be but the lack of fresh air is a real turn off. Plus there’s no paper towels to clean the machines. This gym inspired me to get home equipment

I recently visited XPro Fitness Gym and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The general manager's customer service was appalling. I simply requested to let me take a phone call before our connect for and I was promptly kicked out. This disrespectful behavior alone would have been enough to deter me from joining, but the gym's other issues were equally concerning. The bathrooms were in a deplorable state, with an overwhelming stench of rotting bacteria. Based on these factors, I strongly advise potential members to consider other options.

I am a member at the garden city location which is formally Xsport and there are multiple problems. The heat in the gym is unbearable because there is no air conditioning and the temporary ac units were removed. Also there are no free weights below 30lbs in the free weight area. WHY are none of these issues being addressed after numerous complaints . And don’t listen to the corporate responses they give because it s a LIE ! You haven’t fixed anything and you don’t plan to so don’t give a lying response. I would quit this gym if I hadn’t paid for 2 years in advance

It’s now a month since LA fitness took over and this gym somehow got worst. I suggest they shut this gym down before they get his with a lawsuit.

Absolute garbage of a gym equipment is rusty and broke most the time hot tub always closed Basket court is ok but they have high pressure personal trainers. That will just charge your card for a session without consent

Now LA fitness … I had an incident happen in which I experienced RACISM by the girl with the glasses and golden tooth at the front desk that was working at 8:22 PM today on 8/15/2024.
Made a whole spectacle and disrespected me by saying that I don’t understand or speak English just because I asked her a question . Manager didn’t do anything about it either if anything, the manager was on her side, trying to get me to leave and not even telling her apologize or correcting her behavior. I will call Corporate and make sure she doesn’t get hired. Unprofessional, disrespectful, racist. Fire her ASAP & don’t sign up for this gym.
