I'm very unhappy with the service.
I asked for specific shape and the result was different from what I wanted . The staff did not listen carefully and I left dissatisfied. I would not recommend this salon if you expect to get what you ask for.

Very rude. The only thing they’ve got going for them is location.

Absolutely Unprofessional and Unacceptable

I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a nail salon at Victoria Nail Spa. I came in simply to repair ONE broken nail after my set started lifting barely a week after getting them done. Instead of fixing the one nail, the technician took off my entire set without telling me they were going to charge me for a full new set. Only after all my nails were removed did the manager inform me I’d be expected to pay full price.

How is that even okay? I came in for a quick repair, and I was misled and left with no nails on and no choice but to pay for a full set or leave with bare hands. This is not just bad service it’s manipulative and unprofessional.

To make things worse, my original nails should never have lifted and fallen off within a week. That alone speaks volumes about the poor quality of their work.

I will never be returning, and I strongly suggest others avoid this place unless you want to be scammed and treated disrespectfully.

First of all this lady LISA who did my pedicure today talk more than she does the job. Very rude and did a horrible job. Just because I was not going to pay extra for some BS doesn’t mean that I don’t know better. Second I ask a guy name Robert for some design that is completely different when what I asked for but he overcharged me for that. $30 for 1 design and $15 for French design so y’all are crazy overall I pay $110 for manicure, not worth the price. Last time and do better or don’t do business at all. I would not recommend to anyone never again and that money @Robert over charge will do you no good trust me.

Terrible service, the lady was super rude. Laughing and making side comments to other coworkers in their own language about the nails & nails wanted to get done. If anything your nails look worse after going here and getting charged a ridiculous price on top of the shitty service! I recommend going anywhere else but this terrible place! Very rude & unprofessional people, would give 0 stars if it was an option.

Gel pedicure n filling the guy tony who did my feet act like he knew what he was doibg but didnt. He masaged so hard i now have a bruise and after paying 90$ it does not look like i had a pedicure yesterday

This nail salon lost my service forever for being very rude said it was too busy and too not come in at 6 for one nail. Poor service for just one nail that needed to be replaced: and then on top of that Was refused an appointment for a new nail. Bad service.

I usally don’t write reviews but. This place was so bad like I really wanna dispute this charge. They rush you so bad. This lady did my nails so sloppy and uneven, on top of that she gave me a color I didn’t want. Like she type gaslight me into getting it. I wanted light pink she gave me that jelly pink. BUT worst WORSTTTT of all the man who did my pedicure didn’t even push my cuticles back or anything. He washed my feet and started polishing them. Just don’t go here. Waste of money.

Do not go here!!! They did a horrible job with my gel manicure. There were five fingers with gaps either in the side or edge of my nail. It was so noticable I went back to have it fixed and they grinded my nails down too thin and at an angle. I'm still dealing with the effects months later and needed to warn people. No other salon has left my nails like this. They also did my cousin's nails and made her bleed twice. Months later and her nails have the same issue.

I have been coming here for a few years and I’m quite pleased with the quality of service. I always use the same two people for my nails & feet. The work is consistent and neat.
