My first ocean view yoga class with Jen Coco was such a blessing. Breathtaking view and wonderful instructors and practicing environment. By focusing on the waves moving in, I kept my warrior three for much longer! The wind, the smell, the sound, the view, the moving light… are all integrated into my mind and moves.
