Im very happy and thankful with this place and the staff at this locatión, very happy to know I can come here for now on, had the worse experience in Quest Diagnotics and Lab cord, and others places with me and my 5 years old daughter, the hurt my arm they left me with blue and swolen arm 😢 with a lot of pain in the in freeport locatión. In some places they dont have small needles for children and they hurt my little one too. 😢
So happy I came here, I came without an oppoyment, i wait maybe 15 minutes on a saturday morning around 9am and very quick and the did excelent, no pain o nothing. Thank you very much! and God bless to all for doing your job the...read full review
It was the smoothest process ever. Even though I forgot my script, the receptionist quickly found me in the system, had me fill out just a few lines, and handed me a container, all while keeping an eye on my Gucci bag. The phlebotomist was professional and painless, and arriving 45 minutes early wasn’t an issue. From start to finish, the staff was gracious and efficient, making it an experience I’ll never go anywhere else for again.
I LOVE THIS LAB BECAUSE THE NEEDLE DOESN'T HURT. THEY NEVER MISS THE VEIN NO MATTER WHAT. I WIL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE BECAUSE I'M NORMALLY A HARD STICK. OTHER PLACES STICK ME 3 TO 5X SOMETIMES. THANK YOUR STAFF VERY MUCH
