I ordered the Life Button for my Grandmother. The first unit stopped working and I was told they had a newer unit and sent it out. Well it stopped working as well. I called to discontinue service because I didn't want to depend on this service that wasn't guaranteed to work in a life or death situation. I was told that they were going to still charge my Grandmother's account until they receive their machine back. Well, they can have the machine, just stop charging for a service we are not and have not received in months.
