These 5 Stars are related to the level of service provided by one of the staff members by the name of Daniel. He assisted me with a guest pass this past weekend. He went above and beyond to ensure my guest and I were well versed on gym offerings and services available. This type of service is a retention mechanism for me and a selling point for my guest. Thanks to Daniel for his help. Awesome service !!

Walked in today to sign up and left with a new membership! Dan was very informative and helpful and explained the different membership options that fit my needs. He sold me on the add on Pilates membership and I cant wait to get started, they also gave me free grip socks!'

Well, I am giving LA Fitness 4 stars. The gym is big seems to have plenty of equipment and runs a lot of different classes. The overall sales team is the same as any other club. It is also nice to see they have a wonderful woman cleaning the facility when I am there. Would like to see additional sanitation station set up around the club. This will ensure that the machine is being wiped down prior to using it and after people are done. It is just a common courtesy that seems to be overlooked by some people. The only down side to the club is the cleanliness of the men's locker room and pool and Jacuzzi. In both instances I was able to send a message to them via the app....read full review
