Well 1st, I have never been to Nordstrom Grill before. Open table says you need to make a reservation, so I did. When we arrived there were 6 people there , the waiter said to us 2 people & I said I made a reservation, he laughed. My husband thought it looked like a cafeteria. Open table said it had a fireplace, it doesn't. It doesn't, you have to go into the Nordstrom store to use the restroom. We ordered drinks, which we were the only ones doing so, everyone else was drinking soda or water. They were looking at us like we were nuts. My waitress was excellent her name was Patty this was my second visit and I requested Patty because she provides excellent customer service and treat you like a family member the food is very good I was very surprised of the quality of the food being that it's in a restaurant store I recommend it to anybody
My visit to Nordstrom Grill at Roosevelt Field was a delight from start to finish, with standout service and a menu that satisfied everyone at our table. Juanito was particularly attentive, anticipating our needs and ensuring our dining experience was exceptional—exactly the level of service one hopes for at Nordstrom. The Brussels sprouts were a true revelation; the combination of sweet honey, the crunch of peanuts, and a kick of hot chilies created a harmonious blend of flavors and textures that I highly recommend.
