I had twisted my back ( which has had multiple problems from previous injuries). I was in intense pain from the cervical spine to my lumbar spine. I thought this was the moment my pain management doctor has warned me about for the last five years. It would be time for surgery. Still determined to avoid surgery as much as possible I came to All Hands PT , and working with Ligia this time ( but I have worked with others here and they all have been ver good) she had me feeing so much better by the next day, I was back to my normal routines. I highly recommend this office in Garden City NY to anyone in pain.
I love working with Alfreda. It's all because I want to work with her, and only her, that I come to the Garden City location even though the Glen Oaks one is closer for me. I'd recommend her and Lejia to anyone who needs PT by caring, funny and sweet angels. Thank you ladies and thank you Jerrica for always reminding me of my appointments, even though I don't need reminders.
This is the first and only physical therapy place that I have been to that has truly given me hope for my herniated disc. They focus on your pain and not just throwing you into trial and error exercises that end up irritating your body more than helping. They truly treat the entire problem and their only focus is reducing your pain until exercising to build strength makes sense which has made a huge difference in my progress. They really are the best I have tried and I have tried a lot
