My experience was excellent. Admittedly I fully expected to be billed for services I did not need or receive. The work performed was exactly as needed, and in a professional timely manner. I personally made a mistake buying a mid range gaming pc that had a small issue with a control board that was not correctly covered or grounded properly and caused my power supply to ignite itself. I got my computer fixed here and Tiffany checked it out and she kept mine over night and found the problem RAM had to go in a different slot and she fixed 3 bent pins cpu and 1 broke off and it was fine after the problem got solved
