Fast and efficient service. Solved my problem reasonably.

I dropped my laptop for work and after functioning normally for another day got the blue screen of death. The hard drive would not recover and restart the computer. Richard at the Computer Den was able to retrieve all my important files and was gracious enough to tackle it without an appointment the moment I brought it in on a Friday afternoon of all days. He really helped me out of a 911 situation. He could have taken advantage of my desperation but didn’t. He’s very knowledgeable and conducts business with integrity. Highly recommend!
