I have tried to give this place a chance several times bc it's across the street from where I live ,but I'm done. Lousy customer service and mediocre outcome with my nails. Don't waste your time and money

I used to come here a lot when I lived around there.- parking available (back, but very tight)- handicap parking- prices have increased- staff are not the best communicators. One of the men (owner/manager) has impatience and attitude. He needs to learn how to communicate. Initially, I was with him, and I asked for a certain color & he got frustrated and said to the lady to take over.The other workers seemed very nice and patient.Overall, I was satisfied with my SNS & regular pedicure. Had to guide the lady for both, though.My grandma was satisfied with her gel manicure and regular pedicure with callas removal (extra $8)

They do an exceptional job when it comes to nails ?? but the wife/owner is very unpleasant, rude an unprofessional!! I’ve been there a few times an watched her speak to husband an customers with attitude not a professional way to run a business.
